- YENIH provides education and training content related to Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and preparation for professional certification exams such as the ISC2 CGRC.
- YENIH is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of ISC2 or any other certification body unless expressly stated.
- Completion of YENIH courses does not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam or obtain any specific job, promotion, or career outcome.
4. LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE
- Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, YENIH grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use.
- You agree that you will not: (a) copy, reproduce, record, screenshot, distribute, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any part of the courses or materials for commercial purposes; (b) share your login credentials or provide course access to any other person; (c) reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the Services; or (d) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices on or within the Services.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All content, including but not limited to text, videos, audio, graphics, logos, icons, digital downloads, course structures, assessments, and templates, is the intellectual property of YENIH or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
- “YENIH” and associated logos, taglines, and branding elements are trademarks or service marks of YENIH. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
6. FEES, PAYMENTS, AND REFUNDS
- The prices for courses and Services are displayed on our website and are subject to change at any time without notice, except that changes will not affect existing purchases that have already been completed.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of enrollment using the payment methods we make available.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing or where required by law, all sales are final and non-refundable once access to the digital content has been granted.
- YENIH may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional pricing, discounts, or scholarships. These do not create any entitlement or obligation for future offers.
7. COURSE ACCESS AND AVAILABILITY
- Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased course(s) for the period stated at the time of purchase or, if none is stated, for a reasonable duration determined by YENIH.
- YENIH reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course or feature of the Services at any time. Where possible, we will endeavor to ensure that active students retain access to substantially equivalent materials.
- Temporary interruptions to the Services may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. YENIH is not liable for such interruptions, provided that reasonable efforts are made to restore service.
8. STUDENT CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED USES
- You agree to use the Services in a lawful, respectful, and professional manner.
- You may not use the Services to: (a) upload or transmit any harmful code, malware, or disruptive content; (b) harass, threaten, or abuse instructors, staff, or other learners; (c) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or (d) violate any applicable law or regulation.
- YENIH reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without refund, if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful, abusive, or disruptive.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YENIH, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
- TO THE EXTENT THAT ANY LIABILITY IS FOUND NOT TO BE EXCLUDABLE, YENIH’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO YENIH FOR THE SPECIFIC COURSE OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YENIH, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

- YENIH may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do so, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this document.
- Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which YENIH is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If not resolved, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in such jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and YENIH relating to your use of the Services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
